A dear friend of mine surprised all of us when she announced she & her husband adopted a baby!

ALL of her friends were beyond excited for this wonderful couple.

I was just so excited when she emailed me asking if I could take pictures of this beautiful baby.

Of course, I said "YES!!"

My sweetie bought these for me for Mother's Day

I think this batch turned out to be one of the best roses I have ever received...

they opened just perfectly and beautifully

I love to trim my roses down pretty short, and put it in a milk bowl? gravy bowl?
Whatever it is... it's my favorite!

I actually shot this w/ my point & shoot almost 2 years ago.
The expression on Maddie's face was just pure happiness.
It was the very first time she had seen the beach.
